EVALUATION AND SELECTION
Proposals that get funded are selected in a two phase evaluation process where applicants are also the reviewers. In the first phase all applicants are required to review 3 other proposals submitted to the call. Proposals are evaluated through numerical scoring and written feedback using pre-determined evaluation criteria. A ranking of all proposals is formed based on the combined score of 3 evaluations. Proposals are then divided into 3 groups with different roles.
